III.Passports and visas
For international travel, all visitors must have a valid passport, many countries require a passport to be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return and some countries require a read passport by machine. When assisting with international travel bookings, we will assume that all booked travelers have a valid Chinese passport. If this is not the case, you must notify us. You must ensure that you have a valid passport, visa and re-entry permit that meets the requirements of immigration and other government agencies.
Any fines, penalties, fees or costs arising from such documents not complying with the requirements of such authorities shall be the responsibility of the traveler
IV. Note on related concepts
1. Hotel check-in requirements: At least one of the guests checking in at the hotel must be over 18 years old, meaning guests under 18 years old must have help from a guest over 18 years old to check in. hotel.

– Components of holiday products are supplied by suppliers with relevant qualifications that have been rigorously assessed and screened by Compass Tourist. Compass Tourist is only responsible for the description and commitment of hardware facilities and other standards and is not responsible for those who may be involved in your consumption process.Soft services must be responsible.
– Suggested itineraries for resort products (except green buses and semi-independent group itineraries) on Compass Tourist’s website are only friendly reminders and are subject to the terms in agreement that both parties signed. Under no circumstances may you use them as an agreement between you and Compass Tourist.
V. Tour is valid
– Effective tour definition: After the product is successfully ordered, Compass Tourist staff will give you an order confirmation, when you pay on time the fees payable are confirmed by Compass Tourist or provide an economic guarantee recognized by Compass Tourist. Our company will confirm for you that the order is valid and legally valid.
– If you do not pay the relevant fees on time as required and the price, content or standards of the products that our company reserves for you change at this time, we will not be responsible for this.
– After the order takes effect, you should depart on time or check in to your hotel first set on time according to the time or period agreed in the order. If you do not depart on time or do not check in to your hotel at the scheduled time, it is considered that you have terminated the contract yourself and our company may claim compensation according to Article 6 of this guide.
VI.You actively cancel the order while it is in effect
After the tour is in effect, if you wish to voluntarily cancel a valid order, you must notify Compass Tourist before the start of the trip to cancel the reservation, including canceling the entire contents of the tour. entire order and reduce the number of customers. If the tour you booked has less than 4 rooms (including 4 rooms), cancellation must be made 7 working days before the start of the tour itinerary (during Tet, National Day, Labor Day, Christmas or during other major national or local holidays (Christmas: December 24 – December 25; specific times of other holidays depend on the public holiday issued before the national holiday. 4. If you book a tour with more than 5 rooms (including 5 rooms), if you cancel with notice from the time the order takes effect to 7 working days before the start of the journey, the penalty will be 80% of the total tour value. Liquidated damages of 100% of total order amount will be charged if cancellation is notified within 7 business days. 5. 6. If you decide to cancel your trip after the visa has been issued, Compass Tourist Company reserves the right to cancel the visa as the visa has Compass Tourist’s credit and financial guarantee.
VII.In case Compass Tourist cancels an effective tour:
After you have fully paid the required tour fees, if your tour cannot take place and is canceled due to our company’s reasons, we will notify you immediately. In addition to unconditionally refunding all fees you have paid, the following standards will be complied with: Payment of damages but no other compensation in connection therewith:
1. If the customer is notified of trip cancellation 7 working days before the start of the tour, in addition to a full refund of the customer’s tour payment, 10% of the total tour fee will be paid to the customer as compensation for damages. .
2. If the customer is notified of cancellation within less than 7 working days (including 7 working days) from the tour start date, in addition to a full refund of the tour price to the customer, 80% of the total tour price will be paid. to customers as compensation for damages. .
3. If the guest is notified of the cancellation less than 3 business days after the start of the tour, in addition to a full refund of the tour amount to the guest, 100% of the total vacation product price will be paid to the guest as liquidated damages. reason.
4. If you apply for a visa through Compass Tourist, we will bear the cost of the visa fees incurred. However, we have the right to cancel your visa. If you still need a visa, the cost will be borne by you.
VIII.Changes to tours effective
After the tour takes effect, if you proactively request changes to any item in the tour, please remember to notify Compass Tourist of your need for changes before starting the tour. We will only accept your request if the item to be changed still has its on-sale and release date on the website and the change request is within the on-sale and release date, and is related to the same departure city and the destination address remains the same. Compass Tourist will try its best to accommodate your needs but you must bear all the costs Losses and costs incurred due to changes, and you also have to pay an order change service fee of 100 USD/time/order. .

After your order becomes active, Compass Tourist when making changes to any item in your active tour:

2. For changes caused by our company, we will bear the direct loss caused by such changes and will pay you: 100 USD/time/order compensation for overseas orders .
3. Because some tours have certain characteristics, you need to refer to the “Attention Terms” in the product. If the product has been informed in advance about possible changes, those changes will not be included in the scope of compensation.
IX.Change the right to use tour products
After you pay the entire tour fee as required, within 15 days before the departure date and with the consent of Compass Tourist, you can transfer or donate the right to use the tour you booked to a third party. 4. During your vacation, you should respect local religious beliefs, ethnic customs, and be conscious of protecting the local natural environment.
XI Obligations of Compass Tourist
1. Compass Tourist handles the necessary procedures for travel and vacation on your behalf. You must fully store your documents. If any documents are lost or damaged, they will proactively replace them immediately and pay the issuance fee. again. If this causes you a direct loss, we will be liable.
2. We will notify you of specific contact details when you arrive at your tour destination.
XII.Changes to tour content take effect
After reaching consensus from both parties, the product content agreed upon in the effective tour can be changed in writing. The increased costs will be borne by the party proposing the change and the reduced costs will be reimbursed to you by Compass Tourist. If it causes damage to the other party, the party requesting the change must bear the damage.
XIII.Responsibilities related to third parties
Third parties such as licensing authorities, visa agencies, airlines, insurance companies, overseas hotel authorities, hotels, travel companions and other organizations and businesses Other relevant businesses and individuals involved in handling issues during the tour.
For the following situations that are beyond Compass Tourist’s control and arise between you and a third party, we will assist you in handling the situation. The results will be borne by you and we will not be responsible.

The basis for settlement must be based on safety compensation regulations established by relevant organizations (such as airlines, hotels, insurance companies). You must retain relevant documents and supporting documents.
